2. INTERIOR COMPONENTS & BACTERIAL MEDIA

    Bio-Cell Honeycomb Media (PVC): Media serving as an attachment surface for tens of millions of active decomposing bacteria. Optimizes contact between wastewater and microorganisms.

    Bio-Ball Media (HDPE): Random-fill media in the first compartment to break down fine organic particles and prevent flow blockages.

    Sedimentation Compartment: Chamber for solid sludge settling and grease/oil separation.

    Disinfection Tube: Pipe for inserting calcium hypochlorite/chlorine tablets near the discharge chamber to kill pathogenic bacteria (such as *E. coli*).

3. SYSTEM OPERATING MECHANISM

    Sedimentation Stage: Waste enters through the 4" inlet pipe into the first chamber, where heavy particles settle and grease floats.

    Biofiltration Stage (Anaerobic): Wastewater flows through the Honeycomb / Bio-Ball media. Biological bacteria break down complex organic substances (BOD, COD, TSS), resulting in clearer, odor-free water.

    Chlorination & Discharge Stage: Treated water passes over chlorine tablets for final sterilization before flowing out through the outlet pipe into the municipal sewer or drainage system.
